I purchased a set of tires for my wife's Mustang about a month ago at Allens Automotive, not only were they an excellent price,the balance and mounting was so well done that it felt like riding on air. They will get my auto work from now on! The tech's are knowledgeable and very friendly. Even small jobs are handled with a concern that it is done right! It is nice to chat with the owner Brian and the team GREAT PEOPLE!!!!
Mother was told she needed new front rotors and pads to pass inspection. Two notes on the the work order indicated a stuck caliper and they put new rotors and pads on and left the stuck caliper. A month later the new rotor and pads on that side are ruined. When confronted they said they would make it right. The day she brought it down to be fixed they still wanted to charge her for the repair they should have fixed right the first time like their ad says. Rotor needed to be resurfaced ( 10 mins on a lathe) $20 pads and the caliper she bought new, and they would still have a happy customer. Instead they lost 5 customers from this one and hopefully more. Word of mouth can hurt or help your business along with customer service. Guess we'll see how it go's.

Brian and Sarah care about your vehicle as much as you do. Their pride in work, and customer service is like no other garage in the area. i know that my car is always in good hands with Brian, and its always so pleasant to chat with Sarah. When i got myself in a little "fender bender", i called them up and they immediately looked my car over to make sure its safe for me to drive. i personally don't see myself going to anyone else ever, other than these guys (other than body work!...they dont offer body work). i look forward to continue having my vehicle well taken care of and seeing how these guys grow!
