I don't usually review businesses but feel obligated to steer honest and trusting customers away from Icehouse. My wife and I were married last month in Vermont and we worked with nine different vendors in throwing the wedding. The only issues we had were with Paul at Icehouse. From the time we booked him, he had poor customer service, was unresponsive, and was generally reluctant to provide us with itinerary and quotes in writing.
I advise all potential customers to look elsewhere first.
On our wedding day, he sent vehicles inferior to those we had booked for our wedding guests, quoted us a higher price, and threatened to cancel all services. Our hands were tied at that point, unfortunately.
My wife and I have months of documented emails trying to obtain specifics from him and while we always had a gut feeling we might get burned in the long run, we did not have any other options, as all of his competitors were booked.
Our company used Icehouse for an important event this spring and everything went off without a hitch. The driver and owner knew exactly where to pick up and drop off our guests at the Woodstock Inn and was familiar with the area and everyone was delivered on time.
We ended up not using this vendor because the Company has serious communication issues.
I'd like to point out that when you go out to eat tips are not included in bill so remember to tip or don't go out to eat I'm pretty sure limo drivers work for tips also so be courteous and make sure you tip your waitresses thanks
